Oh lord. This is a new 'cheeky' ad by German travel agency, Queer Travel, that promotes tourism in America by showing 'the other side of America'...
It's kinda funny I have to admit, and a playful take on the famous Mount Rushmore National Memorial. I guess Lincoln did take it from behind... The ad was created by German ad agency, Scholz & Friends. (click image for close up of the bums)

It's "Mt. Rushmore National Monument". Perhaps the other side of America they were alluding to is its ignorance.
