First published in September 2007, the book Shot in Sicily is a photographic look at the Mediterranean island through the eyes of acclaimed photographer Michael Roberts over the period of two decades.
With the ‘back to roots’ & Sicily influences of the new Dolce & Gabbana collection, plus the fact that Michael recently did the photography book ‘The Good Shepherd’ for them; I am very surprised that he wasn’t chosen to do the new Spring ad campaign. As much as I liked what Steven Klein did with Madonna, I think Michael would have been a better fit for this cinematic Sicily theme.
