Thanks to Homotog, I found this photographer, and he is one of my new favorites. My school's library has this book in special collections, I can't wait to go see it.
Do you know if he shoots film or digital? All of these ratios are 4x5, but what with post production these days, it could easily be shot with a dSLR.
