The Uncontrollability of Love

The Uncontrollability of Love is a brilliant portrait by Jak Flash, commissioned by the Birmingham SHOUT queer cultural festival. The image in inspired by ‘Cupid’s Hunting Fields’ by Sir Edward Burne Jones (see it after the jump) and draws from Jak’s personal experiences in love.

cupid's hunting fields -- beautiful imagery with the archangel beyond seraphim. it leaves a question about follow through and the tolerance of intolerance in some circles of sleaze contrary to anything gilded but not gelded.
