United Colors of Benetton F/W 2010-11 by Josh Olins

 

 

In addition to their IT'S MY TIME campaign featuring ordinary people (i.e., not professional models), the United Colors of Benetton Fall/Winter 2010-11 ad campaign features a portion with models (smiling much less than the ordinary people). The ads are shot by Josh Olins and styled by Clare Richardson. 

 

 

The models include Charlie France, Hind Sahli, Corey Baptiste, Francisco Lachowski, Noma Han, Kirby Kenny, Willy Cartier, Renata Sozzi, Daria Pleggenkuhle, Luis Borges, Sharon Kavjian, Robbie Wadge, Chrishell Stubbs, Ann Kenny, and Abiah Hostvedt.

Jon Koratajarena by Maurizio Montani, Mangano F/W 09

 

Italian brand Mangano kept photographer Maurizio Montani and Spanish top model Jon Koratajarena in their new campaign, but ditched the sexy bedroom games and went for a fun night out on the streets in their new Fall/Winter 2009-2010 ad campaign. Jon’s romantic interest is model Daria Pleggenkuhle, who looks very different with the bold eye makeup.

 

  

 

The images and vibe remind me of the new DSquared2 campaign with Kerry Degman and Lara Stone. While I loved the sexiness of the Mangano SS09 campaign, it’s nice to see Jon K let loose and have fun for a change, rather than get abused with feet and shoes!
