After wetting our appetite with preview images, Vogue Hommes Japan has revealed the complete ‘Hedi Goes West’ photo story with models Victor Chambon and Derrick Pigford on their blog. And boy, what a treat it is. This is by far my favorite editorial in 2009. It’s in a class of its own, really.
Hedi Slimane generously provides over 40 images in the feature. And you know what they say about ‘less is more’? Well, it doesn’t apply to the situation where the photography is by Hedi Slimane, the styling is by Nicola Formichetti, and the feature is for Vogue Hommes Japan. In this case, we want more, more, more.
