Brazilian Military is Awesome

 

With their fingers firmly on the pulse of the Brazilian art and fashion scenes, the guys at Made in Brazil introduced me to ffw Mag and its glorious Erotica issue. One of the many fantastic editorials in this issue is this military-inspired one by photographer Gui Paganini.

 

 

With a style that evokes elements of both Steven Klein and Hedi Slimane, Gui really makes me want to join the military. Best Brazilian editorial of 2009, hands down.

Brazilian brand Vila Romana turn to the country’s hottest model of the moment, Marlon Teixeira, to star in their new ad campaign. Photographed by Gui Paganini, the ads are rather ethereal and mirage-like with a desert background.
