The new issue #8 of bi-annual black & white art magazine Lid features four alternative striking covers: Madonna by Marina Schiano, REM’s Michael Stipe by Jorg Steinmetz, Michelle Obama by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, and Brigid Berlin by Brigid Berlin. And of course the Madonna image is not new.
