The Awesomeness of Romain Kremer in Dazed & Confused
Holy crap. Now this is what I call an inspired editorial! Granted that two of the involved designers landed a Homotography WTF post (1, 2). But that’s what makes this so exciting. This editorial in the June 2009 issue of Dazed & Confused is all about Romain Kremer and his wild fashion designs, with outlandish hats designed by Nasir Mazhar for Kremer.
The photography is by Pierre Debusschere and the styling/fashion direction is by Nicola Formichetti.
Pierre Debusschere also directed a captivating video for the shoot.

WTF :: Lady Gaga’s Nasir Mazhar Hat on Ellen
This is a good WTF moment. What do you get when you combine the fierce Lady Gaga with the fabulous Nicola Formichetti? You get the galaxy-tastic Nasir Mazhar hat that she wore on her appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show and performance of Poker Face. Nicola, the stylist du jour recently gave Lady Gaga the hat, which is from the Nasir Mazhar Fall/Winter 2009 collection.
