The June 2011 issue of Details magazine gives us the sexiest summer looks in an editorial photographed by Robbie Fimmano and styled by Benjamin Sturgill. The story features Brian Davenport, Jamie Strachan, Steve Gold and Taylor Fuchs with hair by Dennis Devoy and makeup by Itsuki.
Back in 2008, photographer Greg Kadel produced one of the most iconic images of model Sean O'Pry for the cover story of issue no.15 of Numéro Homme. Almost three years on, Sean has been photographed by most of the top photographers, fronted numerous campaigns and graced countless covers; yet this simple fishnet image remains my personal favorite. It seems Tyson Ballou and Taylor Fuchs are a lucky dynamic duo this season. In addition to starring together in the French Connection campaign, here they are in the Armand Basi Spring/Summer 2009 ad campaign. The beauty next to Taylor is model Shannan Click. Shot by Giampaolo Sgura, the ads look stunningly simple and elegant.
Poor Tyson Ballou just can’t catch a break. When he’s not being assualted in editorials by Steven Klein (see example 1 & example 2), he is being stepped on in ads. Model Danijela Dimitrovska is doing the stepping in this ad from the French Connection S/S 09 campaign by Terry Richardson. On the other hand, Taylor Fuchs, who’s also in the campaign, just sits and looks pretty. We showed preview images of this campaign before, refresh your memory.
